To Unlock open Cydia and go to Manage and select Sources. In Sources click Edit and Add the URL http://djayb6.com

After adding the source, click on it and install Ultrasn0w fixer for iOS 4.3.2

After installing reboot your iPhone 3GS / iPhone 4 and you can see your iPhone unlocked.
