It’s been a little over a month since RIM posted a new beta version of BlackBerry Messenger in the BlackBerry Beta Zone but BBM version 5.0.3.13 is now available. This version doesn’t include any new features but it does include a few fixes.
What’s New in this Version? The short answer? Nothing that you can really see. We’ve made a few minor back-end fixes to the application and would like to make sure everything is working just fine. You may not see any of the bugs or feature requests you reported for BlackBerry Messenger v5.0.2 addressed in this build, but don’t be discouraged! Rest assured that we’ve received ALL your feedback and it will all be taken into consideration for future versions of the software
Change log v5.0.3.13: * If you are running BlackBerry® 6.0, a cursor might not have appeared when you scrolled through previous messages in a chat. * If a person invites you to become a contact during a multiperson chat with you, and if you accepted the request, the contact might not have appeared on your contact list. * If you turned on content protection, when you received a new message, you might have seen a “Content protection is enabled” message.
