1) Insert the SIM-card AT & T's iPhone

11) Remove the SIM-card from the phone (not turn off the iPhone!)

12) You will see the activation message again.

13) Insert the SIM-card of your operator back.

14) Congratulations, you made the process of unlocking.

Note that after rebooting the iPhone you have to repeat the unlock  procedure.
