A Complete Step by Step Image & Video Guide

Follow all Instructions as shown in below images and video to update your Nokia X6 to v40 using JAF Tool

Tool we need.
J.A.F 1.98.62 with PKEY Emulator {Support Windows 7}

Install J.A.F 1.98.62 with PKEY Emulator.
Please Note:- Disable your Antivirus and firewall before extracting the downloaded
folder of JAF.After extraction add the emulator file in Antivirus and firewall exemption.

Now Download Nokia Symbian S60v5 Classic Edition Firmwares

Extract Downloaded file and overwrite to product folder.
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-559
We Selected RM-559 (Nokia X6).

Now Open OGM_JAF_PKEY_Emulator_v6. from the extracted folder.
Please note:- if you are using Win7 than Run as Administrator.

Please follow the instruction as shown in Video
Turn Off your Mobile and Connect to USB CA101 Cable.

Wait System Automaticall install Drivers and come online automatically.

Set your Country, Date and time.

CLARIFICATIONS
Before writing that there is an error, please check that you did a Hard reset (* # 7370 #) to your mobile, 99% of problems are solved that way.
